The portable edge bander KL-PCP650 allows edge banding material to be applied directly to the workpiece, offering great flexibility when working on large panels or assembled components. Electronic control of the glue temperature and application ensures even distribution of the hot-melt adhesive, resulting in clean, consistent, and repeatable finishes. Edge width and material thickness settings are simple to adjust, allowing for quick adaptation to different workpieces.
Thanks to the support surface, which can be tilted by 15°, the machine can process both straight edges and curved workpieces with a minimum radius of 25 mm. It handles PVC, ABS, melamine, veneer, and wood edge banding materials, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in furniture making and interior fitting. Its robust housing and compact design facilitate mobile use in the workshop or on the job site. The included CEB1 end trimmer ensures a clean finish for the applied edges.
