HYDRAULIC GRAVITATION BAND SAWS
The hydraulic unit serves to automatically raise the saw frame after the end of the cut. The cutting height is adjustable according to the material size. The cutting feed is secured by the frame's own weight with the possibility of stepless cutting pressure regulation via an oil damper throttle valve. Material clamping and material feed are manual, the vices are equipped with a quick-clamping system. The H.F. Versions are delivered with more powerful drives and frequency converters. The frequency converter enables stepless adjustment of the saw blade speed in the range from 15 to 90 m/min. and thus ensures the optimal setting of the cutting conditions for the respective material. This increases machine production, saw band service life and reduces noise levels. Saw band dimensions: 3870 x 34 x 1.1 mm.
